 | Whispering Sands is a 55 & over association. At least one person named on the | |
| lease must be 55 or over. |
| Whispering Sands has a two month minimum rental period (no exceptions). |
| All new and returning renters must complete a lease application at least 15 days prior | |
| to their arrival (see forms). |
| Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property. |
| All renters and guests are required to check in at the office upon arrival. |
| Renters and guests must display a parking pass on all vehicles. |
| Renters and guests must have a Facilities Tag at all times when using the pools, | |
| beach, Tiki Hut, & shuffleboard courts which must be returned at the end of the rental period or the unit owner will be charged (see general information). |
| All keys, including the new "CE" (common element) key, must be obtained from the | |
| unit owner or rental agent. Renters & guests cannot get a "CE" key from the office. |
