| As per a rule passed by the Board of Directors in 2008 all Owners, Renters, and Guests are required to have a Facilities Tag when using the beach, pools, Tiki Hut, or shuffleboard courts. It is imperative that everyone has a Facilities Tag for identification in order to help keep trespassers off the property. Please note that yellow tags are intended for use by owners, red tags are for guests, and green tags are for renters. Renters and guests please remember to return your Facilities Tags to the office at the end of your stay to avoid the unit owner being charged. |

| Whispering Sands is a 55 & over residential living community. |

| Washers and dryers are not allowed to be installed in Mid-rise or Tower units. |
| A Modification Form must be submitted & approved by the Modification Committee for major remodeling of units at Whispering Sands. (see forms) |
| When a unit is unoccupied for more than 2 weeks, the unit owner must arrange to have their unit checked on a regular weekly basis. |
| Because of an addendum to "The Rules We Live By" passed May 7, 2008 "Alternating of Pool Hours" Beginning January 1, 2011 the adult swim time for the Beach Pool will be 3:00 p.m. - 5:00p.m. & 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the Clubhouse Pool. |
